The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India has ICAI exam dates announced the CA exam
schedule for Sept and Nov 2026. Here’s everything you must know if you are a CA Foundation, Intermediate, or Final student: ICAI exam dates, registration window, fees, and important instructions.

All exams start at 2:00 PM IST. Foundation Papers 3 & 4 are 2 hours each, Final Paper 6 is 4 hours, and all other papers are 3 hours each. Most papers also include 15 minutes of advance reading time starting at 1:45 PM.
Registration Dates
The online examination form window will open on 6th July 2026. The last date to apply without late fees is July 19, 2026, and with a late fee of ₹600, you can apply until July 22, 2026. 23rd July to 25th July 2026: The correction window is open for city and medium changes.
Students must apply at eservices.icai.org (SSP portal) using their SRN-based login credentials. If you have never registered on SSP before, create your account there first
Exam Fees at a Glance
The CA Foundation fee for Indian centers is INR 1,500. CA Intermediate single-group fees are 1500, and both groups are 2700. CA Final single group is ₹1,800, and both groups will cost you ₹3,300. The fee for Post Qualification Exams (INTT-AT & IRM) is Rs. 2,000 each. Students can make payments easily through UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards. You can pay via UPI, net banking, or using your debit/credit cards.
Exam Cities — Across India and Overseas
The exams will be held in hundreds of cities across all major states. In Rajasthan alone, 24 cities are available, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, and Bikaner. For international students, exams will be conducted in Bahrain, Dubai (UAE), and Kathmandu, Nepal.
A Few Things to Remember
The exam schedule will not change even if a public holiday falls on an exam day. You can answer papers in English or Hindi (except post-qualification exams, which are English-only). ICAI also reserves the right to cancel any exam centre without notice.

1. How do I register for the CA exam if I'm a new SSP user?
Visit eservices.icai.org and create a new account first using your SRN (Student Registration Number). Once registered, use your SRN-based login credentials to fill out and submit the examination form.
2. Can ICAI cancel an exam centre?
Yes. ICAI reserves the right to cancel any exam centre without prior notice. If your centre is cancelled, ICAI will communicate alternative arrangements. Keep checking www.icai.org for the latest updates.
